I would like to know how they concluded that not a single customer got high speed internet. I live in rural america and had dsl that was upgrade to fiber two years ago. I was told it was thanks to programs like this one. Every person on our pop got fiber as well. 10 years ago we were told it would cost 15k to do it ourselves.
