What are your thoughts on having no cart or checkout?

  Well its a customizable single product offering. So the user would just have to order it again if they wanted more then one. My question is how does this compare, to having everything that shopify gives you? stock management, order management, etc etc What the stack is? What frustrations with shopify does this solve?
