FTC Sues John Deere over Its Repair Monopoly
- arn3n 2y agoI will never stop supporting Lina Khan. Her tenure at the FTC has accomplished more in the past four years than the past four decades.
- Gibbon1 2y agoBiden's cabinet picks were the most pro working class of any president in my lifetime.
- foxyv 2y agoIt wasn't a high bar, but they cleared it. Going to miss the faint hope of progress in that direction.
- givemeethekeys 2y agoThe bar had been set that low, huh? She kept trying and failing. No monopolies were broken up. Marketplaces continue to freely compete against vendors. The next administration will quickly reverse anything she's set in motion.
- jauntywundrkind 2y agoIt must suck to be someone who - given any sign of good progress - assumes the inevitability of defeat. Some of these attempts to build better & establish a reasonableness may survive. Even if the current ruling party at present looks like abusive plutocratic antagonists, it doesn't mean they'll fully dismember every win, and it doesn't mean we wouldn't build back an anti anti-social economics again even if they do regress us.
- givemeethekeys 2y agoHey, I really wanted her to succeed. She didn't, and it sucks.
- jarsin 2y agoAll I know is I had tons in ATVI and all she did was delay us shareholders from getting paid. I never understood why she chose that deal to make a stand. It was so obvious she would not win.

- birdiesanders 2y agoHow is being happy with someone’s job performance celebrity culture?

- nine_zeros 2y agoAmerica had a true hero in Lina Khan for the last 4 years. Too bad 50% decided to sell out to the billionaires.
