Oh boy, the first two pieces of advice basically come down to "be a obedient worker and don't cause too much noise" and have little to nothing to do with being a good co-worker. Though I am writing this from a cultural bias as where I am from we are expected to have an opinion on many things.
Now, there certainly is a scale on how much voicing an opinion or being an advocate you should practice. But outright be dissmisive to both is just silly to me.

If yes, it's a good co-worker thing; share it If no, it's a irritating co-worker thing; share it selectively or not at all. That Linux is better than Mac or Windows is not likely to bear directly on the success of most companies, etc. From Elon's Tesla Anti-Handbook: “Your #1 job — everyone’s #1 job — is making this company a success,” the document states. “If you see opportunities to improve the way we do things, speak up even if these are outside your area of responsibility. You have a personal stake in Tesla’s success so make suggestions and share your ideas. Your good ideas mean nothing if you keep them to yourself.” Obviously he wants opinions if they bear on the success of the company
