    By that logic, every company would be exempt from every criticism ever. “Company pours toxic sludge into river, keeps workers in inhumane conditions, and spies on users through their webcams”. “Nothing to see here, the company is maximising profit because that’s why it exists”. They sure would like that. We should not shill for them, they’re not our friends and don’t have our best interest in mind.

        Then pick any crap Amazon does to its employees. Doing something within the confines of the law doesn’t immediately mean it’s right or should be ignored.
