Yes. One of those three lines is based on the old copper phone lines; the other two are optical fiber (FTTH). I currently have a 1 Gbps down / 300 Mbps up unlimited connection, and I pay only 16 euros (~16 USD) per month. I wonder why the US is so bad on home internet connections, but maybe it's because of the scale of your country?
