Do pomodoro timers have the same effect for you? I assume it's the pressure of giving yourself fixed amounts of time and the knowledge of the fact that a break is coming up (so that you don't take one unintentionally) that really drives the productivity.
- joseda-hg 2y agoI've never been able to sitck with pomodoros to the same degree, because ultimately there's no cost or shame to pausing or ignoring a self imposed timer There is a slight something to ignoring it when there's a person on the other side, even if it is a perfect stranger that I will never see again
