It seems that the president is now provably above the law.
Popularity has become the highest form of morality
- conartist6 2y agoIf I may make a suggestion for those who wish to show discontent: hang the flag. Not a weird one with black stripes or something, fly the actual US flag with pride and respect. Do it knowing that someone who stands near the flag is not the same as someone who stands for what our flag stands for.
- Tadpole9181 2y agoWhat is that supposed to do? How is that at all a showing of discontent? Heck, it publicly appears as an implicit approval of the current state of things.

- conartist6 2y agoA few other things: 1: It matters how many people do it. 2: It's a counter-symbol to disrespectful mixed-stripe flag variants that are everywhere now on the political right. 3: Its source is in resistance to monarchy
