Yeah, that's why I added the caveat at the top of my rant. Too bad they messed up the app so badly. I've written some hardware-control applications and they're not necessarily easy, but... well, that's the job. Meanwhile I've had my time stolen on numerous "ghost job" postings. Maybe someday, somewhere someone will take a lesson from Boeing and Sonos and other companies that have suffered from grossly incompetent software engineering and put a halt to the despicable disrespect for our time and knowledge.
