This is equivalent from seizing the properties... I can't imagine this or something similar working well for Spain at all. It will just kill inflow of capital and they will alienate anyone willing to work with them. Advantage of Spain is that it has good climate, prices are not high and it is lawful country. As soon as you trip this last one, it is the same like some 3rd world country.
