That doesn't mean that they inherently like "putting doors on cars" or working in an assembly line - they're doing that task because it puts food on the table. It's like watching a bunch of people bobbing up and down in the ocean after their boat capsized and saying "wow they must really like swimming!". uh... no. They're doing it to avoid dying.
