I picked up the cello about a year ago and already it's more enjoyable than most other things I do. The idea of replacing that with AI is silly. Why stop doing something I love?
- rc5150 2y agoI firmly believe that use of AI in music production is solely for the sake of monetization. Bona fide instrumentalists are playing their instruments, practicing, getting better, playing with other instrumentalists, and not implementing AI unless generating something they intend to use to make money. No actual musician I know is using AI in a serious musical context.
