Linux too eventually drops support for older hardware, though with certain LTS distros it can be as much as ten more years
- ahartmetz 2y agoA current Kubuntu still runs (but not well) on my 20+ years old ThinkPad R50e. Windows 8 is similarly slow, but in addition always fails when trying to install a certain update or Windows 10.
