I thought it was fairly on-track idea until I saw the meme images you threw into your marketing. Then my thoughts changed to "Ah, these guys aren't serious."
Maybe I am being a stick in the mud, and you deserve to have fun with your branding. On the other hand, if I dismissed you because of it, other people may do the same. Not to mention that meme images on reddit are one thing - but images of real, well-known people as part of your sales and branding is asking for cease-and-desist letters.
- vednig 2y agoYou're totally right, the whole point of Rapid Feedback as a brand is to ensure that you and your customers are easily able to share testimonials, and the best way to do that is to make sharing testimonials fun, that is something we were going for in the landing page hence memes. As for the GIFs causing cease and desist, I feel it falls under 'fair use' policy of the content.
