Question. We know that one major WP company is refusing to put significant working time into the project, that's how this started. Earlier this week another reduced its effort to match.
But have any hosters offered to increase their effort? Pay for five or so dedicated people to work on the open source?
- JPLeRouzic 2y agoI don't know how it started, but as a user of WP I can attest that it's really intrusive: - WP silently phones home on many events. - Woo insists that you use their theme JetPack, which is highly intrusive. - Woo wants to know every transaction your customer passes.
