- tlarkworthy 2y agoCan someone give me an invite. I am in Europe and I don't know anyone who has an account to vouch for me
- ykonstant 2y agoIt's invite only? Huh, well that's that then.
- wirelesspotat 2y agoI'm in a similar boat. Maybe Lobsters hasn't made headway across the Atlantic yet?
- d1sxeyes 2y agoIronic, since .rs is the TLD for the Republic of Serbia.
- haltcatchfire 2y agoGot you an invite :)
- tlarkworthy 2y agoThanks you, I have it at last! Been watching from the sidelines for 10 years!
- fsck0ff 2y agoNow if you want to pay it forward, I am in the same situation…
- Over2Chars 2y agoThey block Brave browser cos of some crypto beef. But Brave has some dank ad-blocking fu. Hard to resist.
- bramhaag 2y agoFor context: https://github.com/lobsters/lobsters-ansible/issues/45 https://github.com/lobsters/lobsters-ansible/issues/45 It's pretty disgusting behaviour by Brave.
- Over2Chars 2y agoI'm sure they have a compelling case against buying into their crypto model, which I don't use at all. I only use it because it's a highly effective ad blocking browser. Give me a better ad blocker and I'll check it out.
- bramhaag 2y agoBrave's ad blocker is as effective as uBlock Origin, considering they use the same blocklists and techniques to block ads. Firefox + uBlock Origin will give you an equivalent experience without all the grifting.
- Over2Chars 2y agoI'll check it out. Thanks!
