This seems like the inevitable result of optimizing for GDP instead of happiness index.
- franktankbank 2y agoGDP is mega gamed anyway.
- carlosjobim 2y agoBoth those indexes are complete frauds. Believe your eyes and your soul instead of some fake numbers from the rulers. Or at least believe your wallet, if you are more cynical than emotional.
- m0llusk 2y agoHappiness is also problematic as it tends toward the shallow and unsatisfying.
