I don’t understand why referrals still have any weight. It just seems like it’s pretty easy to get a recommendation if you want one when applying to a company.

- pwg 2y agoFor the same reason that "FAX" is still used in the medical world for transmitting records electronically. Because that's how its always been done, and no one questions the "how its always been done" method.
