Lazarus with FreePascal is pretty close with its drag and drop way of creating GUIs and it generates executables.

- graemep 2y agoits a lot harder to learn. I just commented on another discussion agreeing with someone who made the same point. If you already know Pascal its probably great, but if you do not its going to take a lot longer to to learn to use it.
