The only name I recognize on that list is Sarkeesian, who made waves years ago for being one of the first journalists to criticize mainstream games for being misogynistic, objectifying, and/or overly-sexualizing female characters. It was controversial at the time because she was/is an outsider and not a gamer, and kicked off the Gamergate thing in which some really ugly things got said about her.
