I think there is a problem with these accounts that encapsulate a lot of different services that need to be addressed. I had my Youtube account suspended and that subsequently banned me from my Gmail, Docs etc. You feel vulnerable. Maybe some kind of policy that forced the provider to at least block you only for a specific service ?
