  I don't know if I would say 13:59 is 1 PM Follow up thought: Could you also make isit2pm.com and so on, so I can use this to tell the time?

    I like the idea but realistically I can't devote another month to making a sister site. Try this: go to my site, and if it's not 1pm, assume it MIGHT be 2pm.
