The problem I have is that I want to be generous but I doubt I will still have a career after the age of 55, and I'm scared of being 60 years old and not able to afford health care or a comfortable life, and so I squirrel away as much money as I can now. Rather than rely on individuals to save everyone else we should be living in a socialist utopia by now. I'd happily pay more tax for that. But instead we have an incoming Trump / Musk administration and probably WW3 and well you all voted for this so fuck you and your shitty Teslas.
