can you share a link? my old Le-Crouset (15y/o) ones are EOL I think....
- nicbou 2y agoIt's not a specific brand. Throw a hundreds euros at the matter and you are bound to have a really fine knife. Then you just need to keep it sharp. Before that I had a Victorinox fibrox. A real workhorse of a knife. I suspect that it's just as serviceable, and that I am just not skilled enough at sharpening it. You would probably get more out of getting them sharpened by a professional.
