- hirvi74 2y agoOuter Banks like of NC? I spent some time down there, and didn't think there were enough people for something like that to happen.
- withinboredom 2y agoIt used to get a huge influx of Russians (illegally) working summer jobs there. I could write a book about one of those summers...
