yeah, agreed: huge difference in downhill, freestyle, etc...and my XC group rides. Also, BC, between Whistler and North Shore on Vancouver Island is pretty much mecca for this type of riding, bike parks, stunts, etc.... I'd be really curious what the stats are elsewhere, and broken out by what the rider was doing at time of injury.
