A tractor was one of many things that humans have invented that could be considered a labor multiplier and put many people out of work.
- jncfhnb 2y agoYes but it put people out of work by making the people more efficient. As did computers. AGI does not make people more efficient. Even if wealth accrued to the capital holders, it still drive a large demand for higher value human labor. AGI is just more people. It’s infinite people in the labor market driving wages down to zero.
