This was OP's question:
> how’s everyone playing valorant feeling about their anti cheat rootkit now?
Meaning, people playing Valorant are running a rootkit developed by a Chinese military company. How does everyone feel about installing a rootkit developed by a Chinese military company?
- tiahura 2y agoYou misread me or don’t understand the context. I’m not trying to downplay whatever Valorant is doing, I’m suggesting that since Epic is also a Tencent company, they deserve the same level of scrutiny and skepticism.
- tylerchilds 2y agoand my follow up question is: do epic games have the same rootkit valorant does? i’m genuinely curious to know
