- mr_00ff00 2y agoYou are wealthy if you are using private car services like that. Most normal New Yorkers use the subway
- stemlord 2y agoYou don't understand: plumbers, electricians, facade repair, any business that requires wholesale goods shipped to them in a truck are all things that will ultimately pass the cost to normal people. Increased cost of living will help ensure every last "normal New Yorker" is squeezed out of the area
