Sorry to ask - I don't have personal experience using such a system.
Would it be possible to bookmark the login link so that in the future I don't first have to go to my email in order to log into the service?
- Gigachad 2y agoNo. The links are temporary.
- kleiba 2y agoOh, I see. Thanks! So, they're basically the second part of 2FA?
- Gigachad 2y agoThey aren't really 2FA at all since often you don't need a password. To login you just type your email and enter the code you got from the email or click a link. Shopify works this way where buyers don't have passwords and only log in with codes sent via SMS/Email.

- hmof 2y agoYou stay logged in due to cookies. You don't need to keep the login link.
- ale42 2y agoExcept that some people prefer to purge cookies when closing their browsers. And the session typically doesn't last forever, even if you keep the cookies.
