- akshat77 2y agobut companies are already using multiple tools alongside salesforce for ticketing, issue/incident management etc. also SF sucks, slow and boring with close to no automation
- 999900000999 2y agoSF is a multi billion dollar company. If you think you can replicate one of their core products by yourself or with a small team good luck. Say AI enough times and your might even have a VC throw money at you. Of course realistically your not beating SF, but your free to try.
