Was it ever a good idea? Even when I bend over backwards to treat the process as earnestly as possible, it feels like silly dance, corporate kabuki.
- gdubs 2y agoHonestly? I don't know! The central idea of "measure what matters" is good if you actually do the meaningful soul-searching involved. But most good ideas can turn into just a lot of rules and process to follow over time.
