  all the cloud vendors will work with you if you can potentially bring them business or make connections, and selling cloud to biz/gov is lucrative then there's the bigger resellers like cdw or insight and companies like carahsoft and similar some research firms looking at grants will work with you if you offer something innovative to add to their application it's just making as many connections as possible, everyone wants to make money so just be honest with people and usually they're open to it *fixed a typo
