Electric is the future and China seems to be bringing it rapidly closer. Western countries are going to be left behind. I was of the opinion as with the population boom of Africa and Asia as they improve their populations carbon production will shoot up rapidly. It is ironic that China the largest polluter is looking as most likely to bring about the innovations the world needs without increasing carbon production to much. China is doing it to corner the market for future technology more than to stop carbon production but in the end the result will likely be the same
