I’m worried to read this in case I get influenced.
I use LLMs everyday including the o1 model and the hype doesn’t match the reality, which is pretty good but like a maximum 15% increase in productivity. How are you meant to get AGI from that?
- stavros 2y agoYou won't get influenced about anything, it's basically empty self-backpats.
- tokioyoyo 2y agoDecision making, self-building APIs, self-testing software, etc. etc. etc. I'm not even a big believer, but depended on how you define AGI, it's a range from not in a life-time to might happen by 2030.
- pgodzin 2y ago15% increase in productivity and increasing is extremely worth the hype, that's massive
- sidcool 2y ago15% is pretty huge. It's like getting 6 hours extra each week.
