the biggest reason not to use LLMs is the customer noncompete clauses where they’re learning from the conversations but you agree not to “develop models that compete” — makes me think everyone using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini API, Mistral, Copilot, Perplexity, etc is dumb or addicted to short term benefits while totally ignoring the long term consequences of paying to train your own replacement while agreeing not to compete
