I’m thinking about people who use financial services and didn’t get their revenue, or “unlimited”, “forever” services which are not, innocently used cloud services with astronomical bills, DCMA takedown for your own content—take your pick, add your own. Infuriated people with no recourse will talk and rant, because it’s free and feels like taking some of your dignity back.
