Every headline with the word "could" implicitly ends with "but probably won't". This one is no different.
- metalman 2y agoRight you are. It's still a very interesting phenominon, that for me, suggests that the same thing could be happening within any large solid planetary body where pressure and a multide of crystaline elements and minerals are located. Might also have applications in some heat shields that have to operate a very high pressure.
