- ty6853 2y agoI understood it as Korean common taxpayer being the real benefactor over the US common taxpayers, since Koreans can shirk the cost of punishing their own and offload it on me while still maintaining the moral high ground since they have a loftier sounding reason for not wanting to foot the bill.
