Is Dallas and Phoenix the Shangri-La for U-Haul customers or everyone? Data is unclear.

Anecdotally, the PGA moved their headquarters to Frisco which is a suburb of Dallas. “The Fields” has 3500 single family homes being developed. The minimum asking price is a $750k and the median is over $2million. https://fieldsfrisco.com/multimillion-dollar-estates-rise-at-massive-fields-development-in-frisco/ https://fieldsfrisco.com/multimillion-dollar-estates-rise-at...

I believe they are two different organizations now. PGA is in Frisco. PGA Tour is in Florida. https://www.linkedin.com/company/pga-of-america https://www.linkedin.com/company/pga-of-america
