- calf 2y agoIt's not a skill issue, it's a sunlight and temperature issue based on geographical science. There are hard limitations, including the length of the growing season. Canadians are also arrogant; most have never tasted the produce in California. Just look at what we call "Farmers Markets" here and compare to SF Bay Area and NYC Union Square Greenmarket. Even a trip to an American Whole Foods groceries section is scales off the eyes as to the quality differential.
