Huge pet peve of mine. Reporters incentive are to keep you on site, not inform. It is particularly egregious when reporting on governmental public safety announcement and laws. Reporting buries the web results, but fails to cite it. I'm generally a libertarian, but would be in favor of required linking of government PSAs and laws
