You're willing to pay more for a better plumber but you realize it takes quite a bit of time and experience to identify that plumber. Life is filled with these compromises. Attempting to understand the notion of "quality" through Netflix's offering is unlikely to reveal anything pertinent. For precisely the same reasons that bad plumbers exist and still get enough custom to support themselves.
