Customers will likely benefit in the short term as they can likely complete the year with Bench.
Signing up those customers for another year might be.... challenging.
I guess they have a couple months to win back some goodwill though.
- kstrauser 2y agoI can’t imagine the negative amounts of goodwill incurred from telling all your customers that they won’t be able to file their taxes.
