    My guy/gal, state capitalism as a transition towards socialism and then to communism was an explicit Marxist policy by the Soviet Union. Hence that state (of state capitalism) was a part of the big-C Communism of the Soviet Union. Sometimes thought-terminating quips are not enough.

    Well it hasn't. No one knows exactly what communism is, but they're pretty sure it's not a dictatorship.
