The Europeans are pretty much doing a good job of _not_ keeping an eye on this sort of thing with no prompting from Trump whatsoever. I'll tell you something else: you want to stop Russia? Stop giving their allies who are also making war on us or preparing to make war on us, like Iran and China, so much money. All the sanctions relief we've given Iran over the last Presidential term have gone straight to the war effort. And it's all one war.
