Yes they do. They're bundling products with M365 to squeeze competitors out of the market, same as they did with Internet Explorer and Windows in the 90s.
They're using Teams to squash Slack, Entra to hammer Okta and Designer to attack Canva (admittedly with less success so far than the former two).
