  That a firm like them even exists is symptomatic of greater systemic design flaws. We should confront these flaws else not be surprised when endless games of corruption whac-a-mole keeps things unchanged. Ffs, we're approaching 2025 and are still rooted in a primitive consumption-based economy which views any alternative to it as an existential threat, when in fact it is the existential threat.
