For non-Europeans: https://www.eurail.com/en https://www.eurail.com/en There are some home country limitations for Interrail, but I’m not really sure why the passes are still kept separate beyond that. It seems Eurail and Interrail are mostly identical beyond the residency/anti-residency requirements.
