Are oil heaters common where you live? Is there no way to use an electric one with a timer instead? Or go to a library? Not sure if there's a big cultural difference at play here.
- shivajikobardan 2y agoHeating is absolutely uncommon in kathmandu. People depend on sunlight for warmth and when no sunlight, no warmth. They live in cold place. SInce no heating, very very cold. I think I will go to a library(I've to pay 5K/month for AC equipped library)....I know culture no difference.
